Avocado & Crumbly Cheese

Sliced avocado on toast. An easy healthy snack, breakfast, lunch or après work.

Ingredients

 

Garnish

  • ½ tsp of nigella seeds
  • 1 tsp of olive oil
  • Crumbly cheese (Lancashire or Feta) 

Method

  1. Thinly sliced the avocado and lay on the toast
  2. Mix the lemon juice, olive oil and the VEGETO together and drizzle over the avocado
  3. Crumble the cheese on top of the avocado
  4. Garnish with some nigella seeds if you have them and another drizzle of olive oil
